Currently, our Testronic Localization Team is looking for an English into Modern Standard Arabic Linguist/Translator. If you are searching for new work opportunities in the localization industry, are experienced in translating video games and enjoy playing them in your spare time – then you are our perfect match!
What we are looking for:
- Native Speaker of Arabic (Modern Standard) who is also a competent language expert and is also passionate about linguistic and cultural nuances.
- Fluent knowledge of English required.
- Translation experience of more than 3 years, preferably in video games field.
- Freelance registration and ability to issue invoices.
- Subtitle translation experience in the movie/TV series part of the industry will be an asset.
What you will be responsible for:
- Translation of video games both full-titles (sometimes shared with other Linguists acting in role of Translator or Proofreader) and ongoing game updates.
- Translation of marketing texts and additional game-related materials from our clients.
- Proofreading and ensuring quality of other Linguists’ work.
