About the role:

 

We're happy to announce that Secret 6 has become part of our extended family, and now we're on the lookout for a new superstar – Recruitment Manager 🌟

 

Your daily duties:
  • Liaising with the internal and production departments to determine recruitment needs and act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics.
  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant/needed positions.
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using all needed sources - databases, social media, direct search, network events, job fairs etc.
  • Screening candidates via phone calls and conducting in-person or video call interviews.
  • Advising hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
  • Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
  • Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. source efficiency, time-to-hire and cost-per-hire etc.).
  • Developing talent acquisition and EB strategy and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, implementing required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliant.

 

We will invite you to the next level if you have:
  • Proven and solid 5 years of recruitment and selection experience, with at least 3 years in talent acquisition.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Filipino.
  •  Previous experience as a Recruitment Team Lead /Team Supervisor.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work to meet tight deadlines.
  •  Proficiency in ATS and Google Suite and Google Office Applications.
  •  Ability to influence and communicate with all levels within the organization, to transform ideas into action and mentor staff.
  • Strong planning skills, to enable the development of hiring strategies for different divisions of our business.
  • Ability to remain flexible, keep a positive attitude and an open minded.
  • Experience of employer branding, to raise the profile of S6 in the Manila market. Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and team management skills.
  • High standard of both personal integrity and professional ethics.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to identify patterns and anomalies.
  • Previous exposure to PH employment law and employment regulations. Knowledge of labor legislation.
